Shipping Information

Processing Time

- All orders are subject to stock availability.

- Stock will be confirmed once your order has been received and processed.

- Orders are only processed after full payment has been received and cleared.

Delivery Time

- Standard delivery takes 5–10 working days from the date your order is confirmed and payment has been received.

- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or supplier availability.

Shipping Costs

- A standard courier fee of R250 applies to most orders within South Africa.

- Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized, heavy, or remote-area deliveries. If applicable, we will contact you before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)

Selected machines may undergo a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before being shipped. This ensures your equipment is correctly assembled, tested, and ready for use upon arrival.

Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, Outdoor Apex cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
