Outdoor Apex – Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Outdoor Apex, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are subject to stock availability.
  • Stock will be confirmed once your order has been received.
  • In the event that an item is out of stock, Outdoor Apex will contact you to discuss an alternative product, backorder, or refund.

2. Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched once payment has been received and cleared.
  • Delivery takes approximately 5–10 working days, depending on your location and product availability.
  • While we strive to meet these delivery times, delays beyond our control may occur.

3. Delivery Charges

  • A standard courier fee of R250 applies to all orders unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for remote or outlying areas. Customers will be notified before dispatch if this is the case.

4. Payment

  • Full payment is required before any goods will be released or dispatched.
  • No order will be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

5. Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)

  • Selected machines require a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before dispatch.
  • This ensures the equipment is assembled, tested, and ready for safe operation upon delivery.
  • Products that undergo a PDI may arrive with signs of testing, such as a small amount of fuel or oil residue where applicable.

6. Warranty

  • Unless otherwise specified, machines carry a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Some products may include an extended manufacturer's warranty of up to 12 months. The applicable warranty period will be indicated on the product listing or invoice.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, incorrect operation, unauthorised repairs, or improper maintenance.

7. Returns

  • Returns are subject to South African consumer protection laws.
  • Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Any approved refund may exclude courier costs unless the return is due to an error by Outdoor Apex or a defective product.

8. Product Information

  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images are accurate.
  • Outdoor Apex reserves the right to correct any errors, omissions, or pricing inaccuracies without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Outdoor Apex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from our store.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
